At OAUTE, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5. We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from OAUTE, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return any unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
